The Request
The client’s website, constructed on the versatile WordPress framework with the Avada theme, faced a critical challenge: the cessation of updates by the original developer. As part of our remedial efforts, the initial task involved transforming the static image tables on the Investors page into dynamic, brand-consistent tables. This dynamic feature not only enhances user engagement but also aligns seamlessly with the website’s established branding. Crucially, the newly implemented tables are designed for effortless monthly updates by Greenlight Re staff, ensuring real-time accuracy and relevance for site visitors.
The Final
To fulfill the client’s requirements, I employed the versatile TablePress plugin, accessible for free on the WordPress plugin repository. Drawing from prior experience with the plugin during the Cayman Youth Cup project, implementation was seamless. Leveraging the primary and secondary greens from the website’s palette, I crafted a bespoke CSS for the dynamic table, ensuring perfect alignment with the established branding.
Since this initial I have made many additional theme alterations and enhancements such as new contact forms built with Gravity Forms, additional sections in the About Us page and Innovatio layouts. Presently, I provide ongoing support for this website through Ronco, ensuring its continued functionality, security and stability.
