    AVATAR USA / LOUTRICOTT

Toresa Lou is an entrepreneur and the owner of multiple companies in Walnut, California. When I first joined the company, I ran the support desk and RMA department for the gaming computer company Avatar USA. We received on average 80+ support tickets and 20+ phone calls a day dealing with product variations of desktops, laptops, tablets and peripherals. When Avatar USA branched into e-commerce sales, I became responsible for helping give the businesses a web presence. A Magento platform was designed and implemented giving 200k in sales through the platform in the first year. Finally, when the whole garment company LOU TRICOTT was formed I began a dual role of whole garment programming and web development. I oversaw multiple Shima Seiki machines and the manufacturing of Oscar de la Renta and La Roe garments.
